Our company is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the front line of our company, promoting and selling our products. You will be working closely with a variety of sectors within our company, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. This role involves significant travel, allowing you to meet new people and build lasting business relationships. We pride ourselves on our competitive edge and unique approach to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our products.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert these into sales.
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and how our products can meet them.
- Highlight the features of our products, emphasizing how they can solve customer problems.
- Respond to customer inquiries about our products.
- Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors within the company.
- Maintain customer contact lists and nurture relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Travel extensively (50% of the time) to meet customers and close deals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an outside sales role.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in new business development and account growth.
- Valid driver's license.
